The Central Limit Theorem
The Central Limit Theorem can be demonstrated in Minitab by creating random data. The Uniform distribution is used here to create 50 columns of random data, each with 30 rows. CALC>RANDOM DATA>UNIFORM The means of each of these columns can be calculated, stored and a histogram drawn. The shape of this histogram should be approximately normal. |
